And if you go outside the inn and try to leave into the town... well, you'll find several locations around the town, but you'll also find that you can't seem to leave.

Well. Maybe you should talk to the other people who just showed up here. All the locals are going to tell you is an explanation is forthcoming, so you might want to kill some time getting to know each other.

[Setsuna's outfit sticks out like a sore thumb in this kind of setting, but even beyond that, Niles is familiar enough with Hoshidan uniforms to take note of her. Maybe stalking someone is a little ill-advised in broad daylight, but he's had enough experience to not look too sketchy. Still, there's only so much to gather from seeing someone strolling around aimlessly, so he steps out from the shadow of a nearby building and parks himself right in front of her.]

[ stalking setsuna is usually a lost cause. since she rarely if ever knows where she is (leaning towards never) and frequently just gets lost in daydreams as she goes, it's...rather like following an easily distracted kitten, except way more sleepy.

she doesn't seem to mind someone appearing out of the shadows to step in front of her, though, even if the clothing is more readily recognizable than what everyone else is wearing. setsuna's never been that fussed about most things. ]
