There's been the threat of murder hanging over your heads since Tuesday, but... is anyone going to go for such a silly motive? Does anyone want ice cream that badly? Nobody's gonna be dead, right?

Well, everything seems pretty normal when you wake up in your rooms... but you might find something unusual when you go downstairs into the inn.

[There's a whole lot going on here with his body, which was left out in the open for anyone to find. Where do you want to start: face, or body?]

[Currently his eyes are closed. Plural there because his eyepatch is missing so his right eyelid is visible. But there is also a trail of blood coming from his left eye. Care to look into that further?]

Anyways, let’s go with the more obvious torso.]

[Well the most obvious thing is that someone basically turned him into a human pin cushion. If she counts, Sin will be able to find eighteen puncture wounds all over his torso. Interestingly enough, most of them seem haphazardly done, but two are very deliberately placed. Which ones will she look at first?]

With these marks, they're all over the place. It seems like someone was just trying to hit Niles rather than aiming for a specific body part or anything. The marks are also ad different depths, but they are all small and narrow openings, caused by what appears to be the same weapon. Some of the deeper wounds are rather messy too, like whoever made them twisted the weapon a bit while pulling it out.]

Um, well. How about those more deliberate wounds? As if the twisting the knife ones weren’t...]

[These two are also small and narrow, likely caused by a similar weapon to what made the other wounds, but they are just different enough to tell that they were made by a different weapon. Also, these two were deliberately aimed at vital points, in this case the liver and the intestines. ]

Huh. Interesting....

[Maybe this will eventually make sense. Anything else, or are we looking elsewhere?]

[One last thing: while it looks like the wounds were made with two different weapons, none of the wounds look like they were made by a knife or a sword. It's piercing wounds, rather than slashing wounds like you would get from a knife.

But now all that's left is the wrist!]

Anyway the wrist has some bruising on it. In fact, it looks almost like someone tied a rope to it, it's like rope burns. Also there is a tiny bit of blood smeared here but no wounds other than the bruising.]

[I MEAN. There's nobody stopping her if she really wants to? But Niles is pretty heavy and she will probably need help moving his body.
